The choice is yours – Santa or no Santa
As a special treat, Santa will be making a magical visit, adding an extra touch of Christmas cheer to your children’s portraits.
We thoughtfully plan Santa’s arrival towards the end of the session (if you choose), ensuring we capture all the happy poses first. This way, if the big man in red feels a bit daunting, your child still shines in the spotlight the majority of their session.

Our Mini Sessions offer a fun and stress-free experience that captures the joy of the festive season. They are the perfect way to preserve yearly memories of your child as they grow up.
Unlike shorter sessions offered by some, ours are 20-30^ minutes long, giving your child plenty of time to relax, have fun, and shine in front of the camera. We understand that some kids may need a little extra time to warm up, so we never rush through the experience.
These sessions are designed to be a memorable and enjoyable way to create beautiful Christmas keepsakes you’ll treasure forever.
^NOTE – should we get through all our poses in a shorter time this is a bonus and the session may end shorter than the time described

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $100.00 is required to secure this booking. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee.
This payment will be allocated to your Mini package!
The remainder of fees for your chosen package is then due 4 (FOUR) days before your session via BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD [excluding Shimmer].

You can pay the remainder of your package in CASH on the day (MUST have an agreement with Kerri if you wish the latter option)
An invoice will be sent for this final payment.
If fees are not paid then your booking will be made available for another family to book!

CLIENT CHRISTMAS GALLERY
Christmas mini images will be uploaded to a private online gallery for viewing. You will be notified when your client gallery is ready to view.

From there, you can select your favorite photos based on your package choice. If you fall in love with more than your package includes, you can easily purchase additional images!
You will have 7 days to view images before gallery is taken down & a fee of $50 is payable to re-upload (should you need longer please contact Kerri to arrange).

CLOTHING
I recommend clothing that co-ordinates in colour tones with other family members that might be attending. Also keep in might the scenes.
Both scenes will also suit pyjamas. You can bring pyjames to change for a variety in poses or use ours, just remember the sessions are short so it will be a quick change! We have always made this work in years past 🙂
Avoid large bold Christmas prints on shirts as these can date or distract from the images. Just remember the outfits will be memories to look back on so choose wisely.
Glitter can leave it’s trail and sometimes odd spots in images where they have fallen & caught the light.

Terms & Conditions
Retainer and Payment Schedule – A non-refundable payment of $100 is required per session upon booking. Your session date will not be secured until both the retainer payment and the completed booking form are received. The remaining balance of for Sparkle & Radiance packages is due minimum 4 days before your scheduled session date.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy – If Clients fail to attend the scheduled appointment, cancel the session, or breach this agreement, the non-refundable payment will be retained by Kerri Goldsmith Photography as liquidated damages. The Client also acknowledge that due to the nature of this mini session, it may not be rescheduled to a later date.
Late attendance – If you’re late, you might miss your session or have a very tight time slot. We have back-to-back bookings throughout the day and cannot accommodate late arrivals. Please plan to arrive early.
Sickness – While it’s unfortunate, if you’re sick, we won’t be able to reschedule your session and no refund will be provided. In some cases, rescheduling to a weekday might be possible. Please notify us as soon as possible if you’re unwell, and stay home.
Client Agreement – Your Client Agreement Contract MUST be signed BEFORE your session.
Session duration – Each mini-session is only 20 to 30 minutes.
Images and Editing – I’ll do my utmost to capture beautiful images of your family/kids within the time we have. With over 12 years of experience as a professional photographer, I endeavour to only deliver high-quality photographs. While I strive to capture your best moments, I can’t control if your child smiles or wanted to participate.
Copyright – Ownership and copyright of all images produced by Kerri Goldsmith is transferred to Kerri Goldsmith Photography. Any screenshot/copying of this gallery is in breach of Copyright and penalties will be enforced.
Session blocks – Session are for IMMEDIATE FAMILY with up to 4 children (siblings) per session. Please schedule 2 time-slots if more than 4 siblings or babies under 6 months, or the last time slot of a session (morning or afternoon), as I like to allow enough time to get individual poses or settle young babies. If unsure, please contact Kerri. Use of the weekday (Friday/Monday) sessions would be best for under 8-month subjects. Newborns are best on days other than the slotted sessions.
Extended Family – If you have an EXTENDED FAMILY booking – please book consecutive sessions for EACH family, this will allow for individual families and then combined family.
Parent Poses – Parents can join in 1-2 poses in Radiance package only as these sessions are designed to be all about the magic for children.
Client Gallery – You will be notified when your client gallery is ready to view in your private online gallery for viewing and ordering, details will emailed to you. You will have 7 days to view images before the gallery is taken down & a fee of $50 is payable to re-upload (should you need longer please contact Kerri to arrange).
Accidentally breakages – Accidents happen, but our studio is equipped with very expensive gear. Please keep your children calm and close to you. While we are fully insured, intentional damage to our equipment or sets may result in removal from the set and payment maybe requested to replace (with potential legal action).
