Handsome Baby Lachlan just 8 days old is the fourth baby in our Baby of the Month (July)
I was so excited to see this lovely family again after having photographed their little girl Olivia as a newborn. Apparently Olivia loved pushing around a pram with her baby doll and so Mummy really wanted this pram shot. It took some effort for Olivia to co-operate and in the end we did get the photo (even if we had to do 2 photos together) to Mummy’s surprise.
I was so happy to be able to use this new little romper outfit & sleepy hat from Ginger and Pickles Knits along with their little felted bear – isn’t it just so sweet.
My hanging basket is always a requested pose and little Lachlan rocked this pose.

I always have some wrapped poses – often to get baby settled being wrapped snug
And then our beanbag poses with tushie up
and of course we have out cuddling a teddy (I have 2 teddies I use that are over 30 years old & this is one)
Then for something a little different we used Mummy’s hands for this pose – this will always remind them how small Lachlan really was when he was born.
